Really helpful branch.... I had an account Which I wasn't operating and wanted close it.. tried calling the central number but no response so, decided to walk in... Ms. Manju Wadhera the manager was really helpful and so was Cristofer and Iris. My issues were solved right away and next appointment was swiftly done . Thank u for a lovely experience at Bank of America.Â
The woman manager told me wait 5 minutes, I was waiting for 20 minutes and left the branch. Thank you.Â
I have the absolute worst experience here. They don’t understand the concept of wiring money. Please avoid at all costs.Â
The female manager always comes with the bad attitude when I want to get the money out of this branch. Very bad banking experience with here!Â
How is it possible that Bank of America closes its branch in Port Washington and has no representation in one of the richest cities in the country that happens to be next to sands point. The Gold Coast of this country!Â
