If I had the option to give zero stars, I would give it to this Bank of America Manhasset location. I am a regular customer here. I have a business account as well as a savings account with Bank of America. Today I came to deposit and clear a check that I regularly receive from my client. Really helpful branch.... I had an account Which I wasn't operating and wanted close it.. tried calling the central number but no response so, decided to walk in... Ms. Manju Wadhera the manager was really helpful and so was Cristofer and Iris. My issues were solved right away and next appointment was swiftly done . Thank u for a lovely experience at Bank of America.
The woman manager told me wait 5 minutes, I was waiting for 20 minutes and left the branch. Thank you.
I have the absolute worst experience here. They don’t understand the concept of wiring money. Please avoid at all costs.
