The manager of this branch is very unprofessional & rude! How can she be manager?! She has ZERO customer service skills. She’s very rude and talks to everyone as if she’s above them. She never tries to better the situation. Her tone has always been condescending & rude! I also experienced her stopping the tellers from doing their job of helping customers, so she can chat and joke with them… what kind of manager are you to stop the work flow and be so rude that you would make the customers wait & watch you laugh and chat.
