The manager of this branch is very unprofessional & rude! How can she be manager?! She has ZERO customer service skills. She’s very rude and talks to everyone as if she’s above them. She never tries to better the situation. Her tone has always been condescending & rude! I was trying to update information online for my account and after trying multiple times I was not able to complete my update. I went to the branch and Tyesha Saunders was able to help me with my issue. She worked with us until she was able to fix my problem She called the next day to tell me the update had been completed.
Leaving this branch five stars because of their star employee Tyesha S. Tyesha helped me with documents that were incorrectly filled out by corporate.
