Only the drive thru atm is working every time
Carlene was phenomenal she helped me with my accounts and very clear with everything.
Go to a different branch. A simple withdrawal could not be completed. This was due to a rude teller refusing to admit she was processing the transaction incorrectly, even when another teller offered to help and correct the issue. When the 2nd teller took us to a new window and processed the withdrawal in seconds, she stormed off into the back and closed the door behind her. Not worth the aggravation at this branch.
