Sadly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any branch from back of America. I needed to do a wire transfer, since there was nobody on line, I went to the cashier and I requested help, understandably she told me I am sorry but I don’t know how to do wires, only my manager and the person that was busy with another customer but if you wait about 15 mi. I've been very happily w BOA for over a year now. This week my BF switched his account to BOA as well. Behroz went above & beyond to help make the transition as smooth as possible. I highly recommend that anyone who goes to Bank of America asks for Behroz(or Gohar, she's wonderful too!) This is a terrific bank. Everyone is SO friendly & HELPFUL!!!!
Customer service... went during normal business hours only to be turned away because my business would take too long. Maybe they could have told me when when I arrived and didn’t have me wait for 1/2 an hour. Worst!
