Horrible experience each and every week. I’ve been banking here for my local business for nearly 4 years. This branch is understaffed. There’s always a wait for the teller and the branch manager does not value my business. Today it took me nearly 30 minutes of make a deposit. It actually pains me to leave this poor review and Jeremy (one of the tellers) is a lovely person and always super friendly. The branch manager could care less about her customers. While the staff was very nice, I went in to make a cash deposit and upon review of the transaction, the teller attempted to get me to confirm a deposit that was $500 short of the money I handed her. I am glad I caught it and that I clarified because I was unsure if I was simply looking at the status of my bank account or the amount deposited.
