Bank made error in assessing fees twice before and reversed erroneous charges. Referred latest erroneous charge to them. Representative did not deny error after I explained bank policy with which she was obviously unfamiliar. She tried to reverse erroneous charge and the system did not allow the reversal because of the previous two reversals to correct the bank’s errors.
