Absolutely awful experience. Went in to change my pin as I forgot my pin. Hubie was unwilling to help me out. Did not seem to care even though I offered multiple IDs, my digital BofA card and phone confirmation. This is my first bad experience so not sure if it’s just this branch.
Great experience banking there. Sonia the business banker is very knowledgeable and helpful. Phenomenal service . BM Lisa is always there to help with complex situation. Very helpful
