Useless employees
I had a scheduled appointment with a banker for business transactions, but upon arriving at the branch, I was told—without any prior notice—that the banker was out of the office. Despite having an appointment, I still waited about 40 minutes, only to receive information that contradicted what customer service had previously told me. Ultimately, nothing was accomplished, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
