This branch sucks, they open so late and the tellers are so slow. They should have kept the Pinole branch open and closed the Hercules one. Negative stars for this branch. 👎👎👎
I have been coming to the Hercules branch for a couple of years. I find the tellers to be very efficient and pleasant. And Ms. Johnson, the branch manager, has always been super helpful in solving any problems I may have.
Ariel is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. It was good experience visiting this branch.
