unbelievably rude and unhinged. my mother was verbally abused by the teller ASHLEY. all she wanted to do was withdrawal money and she kicked it off with a nasty attitude and started threatening us STAY AWAY
I’ve lived in this area most of my life, it’s really unfortunate that I have to drive further to a different BOA because the line is always so long. I had to go to the bank and wasn’t going to make it on time to my other bank, so I visited this location. Thought maybe It would be better this time around. Hey, I am not sure who hired these people to work at this place when clearly they don’t want to be here. I understand that every job is not a passion, and therefore to expect a certain level of love for the work is unreasonable. But these people are treating their job as a favor to the customers. As an employee you’re getting paid to do your job, you don’t have to be enthusiastic but you do have to do it nevertheless. I do not usually visit a financial center, but on September 18, 2026, at around 9:00 AM, I went to the Bank of America Financial Center in Hercules to transfer money. As soon as I entered, an Asian woman who appeared to be a teller approached me and asked why I was there. I explained that I was trying to transfer money. Her first response was, "Do you have an account where you're transferring the money?" The way she asked came across as rude and dismissive. I replied, "Of course I do." Terrible customer service at Bank of America in Hercules. Very slow service. Four employees were at the counter, but only one was helping customers while the others were chatting. The line kept getting longer, and nobody seemed to care. This is a bank, not a social club. Customers’ time should be respected. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Management needs to fix this.
