Worst bank in existence. Pure thieves who take money from people who can least afford it. This location has been closed since the pandemic and you can’t even bank with a human anymore. Stay away at all costs. I’ll be switching banks ASAP.
If I could have rated a zero I would have. Ever since this pandemic when you decided Granby, Connecticut wasn't important, I can't get any services. If I want to withdrawal from the ATM it's out of money. If I want to deposit a check it says bot possible. Now I even tried the mobile banking app to deposit a check and you say it's a different amount from the check. I need this money now not in a week when I can get a ride! I wanted to do ZERO stars. I'm 73 years old and I have frequented many banks in multiple states over the years moving many times because of work but this is the absolute worse bank ever for many reasons. Every time I walk in I feel like I'd get treated in a used car lot, plus it's always new people and a new manager...and they always try to get you to buy or invest in something. I switched 3 of my accounts to another bank in town and absolutely love them... they always make me feel welcome, all very friendly and super helpfu... read more
Worst bank around. Poor customer service on top of being outright thieves. These people should be in prison. Avoid this place at all costs. Try the nice new Liberty Bank across the street with honest and decent people
UPDATED AT BOTTOM: The walk-up ATM at this bank lost 1100 in 100 dollar bills. I tried to deposit $4700 cash at this ATM and it said I only put in $3600. I took it back out and deposited it inside and told them about the problem. I counted the money before going to the ATM and I am sure that it lost my money. I made a claim, they said the extra cash was never found in the ATM. Be careful with this ATM when depositing cash.
