Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were super patient and answered all my questions respectfully.
the only good teller/banker here is eric merrell, everyone else was rude and unpleasant after i closed my bank account after trying to go to a local bank. my paycheck still got sent, due to an error on Staples HR part. i asked over the phone, they told me to call customer service line, the customer service won’t let me make a call without an account number. they are for profit and profit only.
I work a full time job, impossible to go to my own bank
