This branch has to be the worst of them all. The tellers don’t know any information when you ask them a question and management has “different” rules for People of Color when completing transactions. This branch simply needs to do better or change management altogether.
Very bad experience today with one of the managers from the back office. She didn't make any efforts with helping my situation or provide any solution. She simply called the customer service line and told me what they told her which I kept hearing from Bofa customer. That just defeat the purpose of me coming in. Please provide a survey link.
