Tammi was amazing. She went above and beyond. After realizing I was not having the best morning she was empathetic and happy to have a conversation, which is rare in others these days. I also want to say that i was the only person there, so she did not sacrifice efficient service to other customers. She could have quickly gotten me in and out so she could enjoy the slow time of her work day. Three in person trips to the bank and 8 phone calls and the problem still remains a problem. I come from a world where everyone did their jobs but, this does not seem to be the case these days. Something as easy as making a note on an account seems to be more than almost a dozen BoA employees can handle. I do not like feeling bitter.
I wanna start by saying this by far has been the best banking experiment I have EVER had!! Our Representative Natalie was phenomenal like literally THE BEST EVER!! She super attentive to our needs and set us up with the best possible solution with our accounts. She explained all of options thoroughly and I couldn’t be more satisfied ! Natalie needs a super bonus she’s the best!!!!!!!
Very poor service. They don’t care about customers
I’m glad we get here safe. Cause we drive hrs 1:30. To get here. And. Tammy is amazing she give at good customer services. But is ridiculous. Be part of. This bank we don’t have nothing to closed at Milford. When we call they send us to Nj. No right open at bank center closer please. Cause we’ll be sad. This happen again to to move at another bank if. You open one. I well Love have Tammy there are. Thank you.
