Insanely difficult to get access to your money and your accounts. I hope you like waiting on hold so they can tell you to go into the office so the office can call the same number for you to wait on holD again and hope the hold isn't longer than the appointment you had to make because the wait times are so long... Absolutely ridiculous. What's the point in online portals and mobile apps if I have to answer 50 questions to prove I'm me in person, on phone, then in person AGAIN with someone who has to call THE SAME phone line.... read more
Horrible service. I came to close my account and I literally been here for over 30 minutes. No I don't use the app, that's why I am here. Why is it taking so freaking long!
