Very friendly staff, I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them. Alex was amazing.
Very helpful staff, quick and friendly.
The staff was professional & I was in and out quickly. The security guard out front greeted me and was actually watching over the area.
Spent 45 minutes on phone call inside the branch to complete verification process and was faulted to do so, cos Osvaldo Cabrera just left us alone with a phone while another bank team needed a verification from him. After he came back, said we need to start all process again and send us to next rep and we need to start all over again. So highly unsatisfied and not recommended Osvaldo Cabrera at all. Unfortunately I can’t put -5 Star rating, which is a rating of support we received from Osvaldo Cabrera.
The lady that helped out was a bit rude and would object to my request. Took a bit long to make a simple change in my account of phone number.
