I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service during my recent visit. The teller who assisted me was unprofessional, discourteous, and struggled with basic literacy regarding standard banking documents. Furthermore, the branch manager showed no interest in addressing my concerns or correcting the teller's behavior. A bank should employ staff who are competent, literate, and capable of handling customer transactions respectfully. This branch fails on all counts. Hope Bank of America addresses this.
