I’ve had excellent customer service but I avoid the busy hours. The managers remember my name and go out of their way to solve my problems, even in the few times, if it goes beyond banking hours.Â

I had to solve a frustrating bank fraud issue yesterday. Pegah reached out to me and worked hard for over 2 hours and took care of it! I am with BOA for over 20 years, it feels like family, so appreciated!Â
Pegah helped my friend open a bank account - my friend barely spoke any English, and so was nervous. I was there to help with the translation, but Pegah was so kind and patient that i probably didnt need to be there. Pegah was also incredibly helpful when i called to ask about difficult questions.
