Excelente servicio
I had to wait on line for forty minutes.. just to get a check. On top of me paying $15 for a piece of paper for the check, it should be provided by you guys. Santiago at the register, super slow without any idea of what he's doing. Then you have the greeter at the door wasting time sitting at a desk while a line is forming near the door. On top of that, he had a terrible attitude. It took me an hour and 15 minutes just to get a certified check. Shame on you Bank of America!
Worse bank in America the manager was nice tho thats y I’m giving it 2 Stars. The tellers are slow and confused . Then there systems are slowing or always needing maintenance. DONT BANK WITH THEM . I highly recommend JP Morgan Chase or TD bank . Thank me later

Exceptional service and again thanks for allotting the time we needed to complete all the paperwork. Therefore my experience was 10 out 10.
