I've bin banking with boa for many years now I just walked in to the roselle branch and had a banker "her name is Susana" she was the most amazing banker ever would highly recommend if you go in make sure to ask for her wonderful service and knowledge fast and super helpful Ps the bank manager "Michelle" was very helpful as well and accommodating super nice and professional this boa branch over all is a must
Michelle at the Roselle branch is friendly, professional, and SUPER HELPFUL! She knew I was in a rush, and helped me to quickly pick up my currency despite the long line at the tellers windows.
Every time I come here there’s only 1 teller for a bunch of customers. Be ready to be in line for 30-40 minutes to do a simple transaction. Tellers are nice but managers need to make this location more efficient for the clients
