I loved the service of Velta from Bank of America offered me. She is very sweet and kind.
Made a payment in the atm on Saturday night the atm took my money. Then went to a screen I never seen before then the atm times out and went back to the Home Screen. Never received a receipt and my credit card was never credited the payment. I’m being told now that it could take up to two months to resolve the issue pretty much Bank of America stole my money. Everything’s on camera and I have to wait up to two months for a resolution.!!!!! I am done with this bank
