I have been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 25 years. While I appreciate the recent facelift at this branch, the overall service experience has significantly declined. Over the past year alone, I’ve encountered multiple frustrating issues that make it difficult to maintain confidence in this bank. For example, an ATM error resulted in my deposit being withheld, and I was forced to wait over a week for the funds to be returned.
