I have been a customer of BOA for 33+ years and usually do my banking online, with the app or at the ATM. Their technology is always improving and years ahead of other smaller banks. Funds are posted in 24 hrs and not 5+ business days. I stopped by earlier today to get cash for misc tipping for my travels and John was very courteous, efficient, and professionally dressed. I'm also very comfortable with my money in the 2nd largest bank in the country which will weather any economic turbulence.
I came in on a Friday at 4:30pm confused about why I had trouble signing up for checking and savings accounts online. Velta quickly figured out why that was and helped me set up new accounts. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
Horrible customer service at this branch. I have had multiple bad experiences here. Will be looking for a new bank.
