I had an amazing experience at this branch, thanks to Christine. As a newcomer to the U.S., I was unfamiliar with many things, but she kindly took the time to explain everything in great detail. She helped us open both our bank accounts and credit cards with such patience and professionalism. Her support truly made our relocation process so much smoother. I give her my highest recommendation, and I will definitely be looking for her for any future banking needs.
My problem is that why every time I call it always be told busy and be told to go website to make appointment. At least a dozen time. Comerica Bank is a lot better. I only need to ask questions. i’m thinking to take my business out of there.
