The worst rude staff at the cashiers counter. No smile on their faces, not helpful at all. Seems that they hate doing their jobs. Don't be miserable at your workplace. If you don't like doing your job, go do something else. Your job is to have happy customers. Sorry, Bank of America. I wish I could give zero star to this branch.
Extremely uncooperative, short and rude financial worker. I was denied service and she insisted to find a different branch I should go with my issue. Not helpful, I’m honestly shocked to be treated like that. Shame on you
