Barb tries to make things hard to people. Barb acts like she knows whats going on but infact has no idea. Even though shes supposidly been there for "30 years" shes pretty dumb at her job. Barb has a bad attitude for no reason. Barb told me she "doesnt know what the hells going on with these piece of sh*t computers today- they are so slow. Great way to speak to a customer. The worse Bank of America it is! Do not never answer the phone need to be shut down
Had a wonderful experience at this branch. Ms Sangeeta Singh helped me set up accounts for myself and my kids. She answered all my questions & advised me what is best for us. She is friendly & kind, and made the whole process easy & understandable. The rest of the staffs are also very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend! Thank you Sangeeta for all your help ❤️
