I visited the bank to update my bank account details and increase my credit limit. Sama Yousif, the Banker who assisted me, not only helped me with my issue but also provided me with a more effective strategy for increasing my limit. She also offered valuable advice on how to keep building a good credit score. Sama was professional and incredibly friendly throughout the process.
Sama Yousif was amazing! She helped me open a new account and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We even shared a few laughs, it was honestly a great time. Her service was top notch and I genuinely appreciated how kind and helpful she was. Highly recommend her!
As of 05/20/25 the guy with beard wearing gray shirt is super super rude to me. He pissed a couple in front of me too. He’s even talk about quiting his job with the guy next to him so I know that he must really hate his job. I withdraw couple thousand and he don’t even count money in front of me like other bank. ( I’m using PNC and flagstar too) no hi no bye and act like corky) I’m not coming back to this location..
