Discriminating. My dad went in to withdraw 2800 to purchase a car and the teller froze his account and told him he had to wait 24 hours. We called Bank of America to get it unfrozen. It was flagged. Of course my father is black.hes been banking with BOA for 8 years and never had this issue. It was very disheartening and cult like. I'm disappointed in their services and this location should be investigated
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would because this place is a mess. Before covid banking with BOA was awesome because there were so many locations near where I lived but now it’s a giant hassle. I don’t understand how this place has two walk up ATMs and both of them are broken. The drive up one has been broken for 10 days and yes I’ve been counting because it’s been -10 degrees outside that entire time. I just came in today, applying my for my first credit card. The people here were very nice and helpful. Mr Fadi Yaqoob was my banker for today and I appreciate his help a lot. The process was very simple, and 5 star treatment!
