WE get our debit cards locked on average every 2 weeks because of purchasing Christmas gifts Online. I know the bank is trying to be careful and look out for you, but this is ridiculous. Off to the nearest bank of america office we go AGAIN!!

Boa sucks never come here. Unwilling to help unless you make appointments when nobody is in the bank. 5 employees nobody can help.
I will never understand wasting a needed teller space with a person standing in lobby with an iPad. Big line of people waiting with cash transactions and the person with the iPad is of no use to anyone. It’s like this at every branch. It’s so frustrating.
I would highly recommend this location for all of your banking needs. We were kindly greeted soon as we arrived and everyone was very friendly. I want to especially recommend both Brandon and Reta for their extreme professional services. They were so helpful and patient with answering all of our questions from beginning to end. They made sure we were content with everything they did. They were both a blessing to us and we're grateful to know that great customer service still exists.
