I will never understand wasting a needed teller space with a person standing in lobby with an iPad. Big line of people waiting with cash transactions and the person with the iPad is of no use to anyone. It’s like this at every branch. It’s so frustrating.

I would highly recommend this location for all of your banking needs. We were kindly greeted soon as we arrived and everyone was very friendly. I want to especially recommend both Brandon and Reta for their extreme professional services. They were so helpful and patient with answering all of our questions from beginning to end. They made sure we were content with everything they did. They were both a blessing to us and we're grateful to know that great customer service still exists.

What a horrible experience! I opened an account here. All was well. I got a new job via indeed. I was sent a check from that employer. I was told the check would be on hold because I just opened the account . I find out days later that the check is fraudulent. Now obviously I’m more upset and heartbroken that I thought I had a new amazing job! I even came in there each time! How I found out? I decided to try to log into my account all to find out you guys just closed my account . So nobody decided to call the customer? Just ... read more

Walked in 2 hours prior to closing — to open a new account. Denied to take care, stating we are busy. Can’t help without appointment. Your loss. Opened AC with next nearby bank, within 15 minutes.
