On June 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM, my husband and I came to this Bank of America branch for a scheduled appointment to send a $40,799 wire transfer for a business purchase. Instead of completing the transaction, I was told that my debit card did not exist in the bank’s system. This was the same debit card that Bank of America had issued to replace my previous card.
