지금 리뷰를 남기려고 보니 똑같은 일을 당한 사람이 많나 보네요. 꼭 이걸 뱅크에서 보고 customer service관리 해주셨음 합니다. 새롭게 크레딧카드로 오픈했는데 그당시 말한거와 다른일이 있어서 오늘 다시 방문했더니 너무 불친절하고 자기잘못 아니라는 변명만 하네요. 그런변명을 들으러 간게 아니고 문제를 해결해 달라고 간건데. 왠만하면 리뷰를 안남기려고 했는데 너무 기분이 나쁘고 속은거 같아 여기에서 이제 모든 어카운트 다 캔슬하려합니다. 우리를 도와준건 레오니아 뱅크에서 일하는 여자 한국사람이에요. 새로 오픈하시려는 분들도 잘 아셨으면 좋겠어요. Terrible customer service, I’ve been coming here for about 20 years. I’m about to cancel all of my accounts from here.
