Bad customer services.Â
I went into the branch last week to open a business account for my California's Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation and spent over a hour in there without even opening a business account. They kept harping on Tax-exempt 501(c) IRS determination letter which is not even required for a Non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation because it is coporately setup for the benefit of its member(s) not as public charity or religious organization so it is taxed federally as a regular C corp under IRS Code so no 501(c) IRS Determination Le... read more
