I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I visited two days ago around 3:40 PM to open an account. Even though there were still about 20 minutes left before closing time, the staff refused to assist and said they were about to close. When I asked the manager for their card, I was told they didn’t have one, which felt unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at Bank of America. I already have an account, but I visited the branch with my friend who wanted to open a new account. We went twice with all required documents, but still couldn’t get the account opened. Each time, we were asked for additional proof without any clear explanation. Bad customer service we came in the to back for opening new account around 3:40pm they refused because no time and manager said they about to close the bank everyone preparing to leave come other time with appointment to opening new account we asked to manager for business card he said he have no Business card for this location. So disappointed😡😡😡
