Do not like to be asked about Me updating my business And not wanting to take no for a answer That's why I do online and only go a branch maybe once a year I know that the bank puts a quota on them for new business but I do not agree with it
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I visited two days ago around 3:40 PM to open an account. Even though there were still about 20 minutes left before closing time, the staff refused to assist and said they were about to close. When I asked the manager for their card, I was told they didn’t have one, which felt unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at Bank of America. I already have an account, but I visited the branch with my friend who wanted to open a new account. We went twice with all required documents, but still couldn’t get the account opened. Each time, we were asked for additional proof without any clear explanation.
