Needed to get a title document notarized for a name change. It was two pages, I provided both pages, the notary and I both missed that he didn’t sign and seal the last page. I drove back to the bank right after I noticed and they were closed. So I went again Saturday, and explained the situation and they said I’d have to wait 45 minutes. Seems unprofessional when it was the bankers mistake that he missed it, and could have signed it within 30 seconds.
