LOL... WHAT A FARCE !! Where do I begin with Bank of America . So I'll just stick to the case at hand. I went and withdrew the rest of my money out of my savings account. AKA closed my account. NOPE !! By the Bank of America. The teller informs me that I have to see a banker to close the account after a withdraw my money. I go over and sit where everybody's sitting. The location sometimes helps generate business, making it a busy location but still effective and polite staff.
Don’t go on a Saturday. Spent almost an HOUR waiting to get change. A transaction that once they got to me only took 2 min to handle. Absolutely ridiculous.
