I had a great experience at this Bank of America branch. Amelia was my teller, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made a situation I was very stressed about feel easy and stress-free, especially when it came to processing a payment. I had my two children with me, and everyone at the branch was so kind and welcoming. I went in person to get help. The teller was rude and condescending. He wouldn't answer my questions. I was told to go on the app, and tried calling for support, and still no help. I am disappointed as I have been a customer for two decades, and I will bank elsewhere.Â
Bank of America is the worst bank anyone could ever deal with. I have a check written to me on a bank of America account and I go in to cash the check and they will not cash the check because I am not a Bank of America customer. I was a Bank of America customer for a very long time until I got tired of their ridiculous service and they're ridiculous fees not to mention they want to work part time. They obviously show it in their reviews being a 2.9 that they could care less about the customer. This certainly won't help their... read more
