Bank of America is the worst bank anyone could ever deal with. I have a check written to me on a bank of America account and I go in to cash the check and they will not cash the check because I am not a Bank of America customer. I was a Bank of America customer for a very long time until I got tired of their ridiculous service and they're ridiculous fees not to mention they want to work part time. Terrible bank, and this is coming from a 20+ year customer. I had a bad experience yesterday, as well as a reoccuring problem with a teller. It is the lady who speaks with the Russian type accent. Every single time that I come in there she causes chaos trying to explain something to me or another customer and making absolutely no sense. All I was trying to do was pay my credit card bill and apparently you cannot do that with a debit card, only cash or check (i had to learn that from a banker).
