I went in there because i had too many ones for the atm. The guy at the counter asked me how I had this money after the men behind me were talking about how I obtained it. It was so uncomfortable. Why would a teller even ask you how you had this money? So unprofessional and it wasnāt a crazy amount either lol.Ā
Erika Gilman Erika is one of the best bankers in the bank of America in Kennesaw. Super attentive, careful and intelligent.Ā
This branch is a shining example of the End of Customer service. They never are available, not professional and clearly don't want to be there. Don't waste your time here, I recommend going to another location.Ā
The ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Ms. Jaimie is a lifesaver!Ā
Lady at the door stopped me and asked what I was there for, immediately slightly condescending (Iām a young woman so this happens a lot with āadultā thingsā), and then after taking my debit card she told me she canāt help me and that I needed to call fraud, even though the app told me I had to come to a location. Waste of my time.Ā
