I understand that everyone can have off days, and I always try to be kind and patient in every interaction. However, my experience opening an account at this branch was quite disappointing. The person who helped me did so with a very negative attitude looks like he doesn’t like his job, made the process uncomfortable and unpleasant. Went to this branch because it was the only bank open after noon on a Saturday. By far one of the worst bank experiences I’ve ever had. Waited in line for 15 minutes due to only having one teller. When I finally got waited on, I wanted to do a cash advance on a credit card. U would think I asked the teller for her kidney. Gives me this song and dance that the system is down and she can’t help me. This is one of many reasons Bank of America is a dying institution.
