I understand that everyone can have off days, and I always try to be kind and patient in every interaction. However, my experience opening an account at this branch was quite disappointing. The person who helped me did so with a very negative attitude looks like he doesnāt like his job, made the process uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service is a such important part of banking, and I didnāt feel treated with the professionalism or courtesy I expected.
