It was surprising to me how helpful and courteous manager Heather was in making a transaction on a busy day when I arrived on crutches. She guided me through the transaction and roped in a teller to handle the actual cash involved, and helped me out the door. No small deal, it was very much appreciated. Good job Heather.
I've been going to the Pelham Rd. branch for many years. My experience with the tellers has always been good. They're pleasant and competent. At least one is multilingual. Experience with the staff in the little glass cages has been unpredictable.
Very pleased that Ya Puo answered a question at this branch when Heron Circle wouldn't answer the phone for an attorney's office.
If I was the owner of this bank I would just close this location the one in Haywood and woodruff rd 100x times better.
All I want to do is to get statements mailed to me so I can pay my card down but no one is available to help me with that!
