Aaron, the Merrill Lynch representative for Bank of America, was to call me today between 12-4 and I never received a call. Poor customer service.
Been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on a banker to close an account with less than $1 in it. This is something that can be done at the teller line at all other banks but here, only a banker can do it. Also, they treat you like garbage if you don't have a certain balance in your account. This is why people hate big banks.
