I was about 6th in line and a wonderful bank employee asked how she could help. She took me aside and helped with a w/d that was larger than an ATM would allow. I was there only for a short time and it made my day! I thanked her, but I wish I had gotten her name to let her supervisor know about the amazing customer service!
She was very kind, lovely, and enthusiastic, and helped me and my family even though my English wasn't very good. I appreciate her very much. Dear Deidre!
