The bank representative, Brenda, demonstrated exceptional professionalism during both of my visits. She patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. Her polite and courteous demeanor, combined with her professionalism, made the experience seamless and pleasant.
Had a simple question. No one answers the phone when I request to speak to an associate. Called three times at 11am on a Wednesday and no one answered the phone. Very unprofessional.
Poor business practices trying to cash a renters rebate which their bank account was Bank of America I bring a photo ID that is still valid even though it's from another state and they refuse to cash it. If a financial system is ignorant to non clients. Why would anyone want them to represent anybody. Always a problem in America.
