The customer service person/greeter is always great, but if that person isn’t available, don’t bother asking one of the tellers for anything more than help with a deposit or withdrawal. I had an issue with a new ATM card that never arrived and the teller was unhelpful and rude. I just left and dealt with it myself online.
The last time I used this bank they totally messed up an appointment that I had scheduled for weeks wasting my time entirely. Not to mention 85 percent of the time their ATM machine is either not accepting deposits or not giving cash. Well today I had a little more of my time wasted when I drove all the way there this Saturday and it was closed at 11 o clock in the morning. This banks been opened until 12 on Saturdays for years. Ridiculous! Might as well just shut it down at this point as it gets worse every year.
I booked an appointment through the online app and then met with a representative named Jim today at this Newtown location who was extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated his cheerfulness, efficiency and thoroughness. The personnel and quality of service at this branch has always been top notch.
Kisha Burke and Terrell helped me and my mom with kindness and professionalism. They are a great team together.
