I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from Kisha Burke, a Customer Service Representative at the Bank of America branch in Newtown, CT. I have been managing my late mother’s estate, and a pension issue arose where the pension company insisted funds had been deposited into her account, but I had never received them. The customer service person/greeter is always great, but if that person isn’t available, don’t bother asking one of the tellers for anything more than help with a deposit or withdrawal. I had an issue with a new ATM card that never arrived and the teller was unhelpful and rude. I just left and dealt with it myself online.
