My apologies for not getting to this sooner. I was in last week and had the opportunity of working with Ramon, who's in training. Tenneil oversaw every step of the way, rarely having to intervene. It was wonderful getting double the attention! I appreciate the effort, and the friendliness of everyone in this branch. Thank you. Refusing to answer the phone is not cool.
