My apologies for not getting to this sooner. I was in last week and had the opportunity of working with Ramon, who's in training. Tenneil oversaw every step of the way, rarely having to intervene. I had a very positive experience today. Simone was PHENOMENAL !! She was extremely helpful and efficient. I went in thinking I needed a notary service when it actually required a medallion service. She submitted all the necessary documents for me. I was pleasantly surprised that she followed up so promptly afterwards too! I have never seen anyone so responsive. She is a super star ✨Thank you Simone!!
