I had a very positive experience today. Simone was PHENOMENAL !! She was extremely helpful and efficient. I went in thinking I needed a notary service when it actually required a medallion service. She submitted all the necessary documents for me. I was pleasantly surprised that she followed up so promptly afterwards too! I have never seen anyone so responsive.
