Very badÂ
The Briggs Chaney branch is the worst branch of Bank of America in my over 25 yrs as a customer. The branch manager is inept and the teller staff is rude and unprofessional. Iâd rather travel 20 minutes out of my way than to go to this branch!!!Â
I called to see if they had Apple Pay at the ATMs available, the lady on the phone put on me on hold for 22 minutes. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they âforgotâ. She caught an attitude and said âwhy you do you keep callingâ, I only called once before. Please address this location. Itâs even been multiple incidents here and no one is doing anything about itsÂ
