Very bad
The Briggs Chaney branch is the worst branch of Bank of America in my over 25 yrs as a customer. The branch manager is inept and the teller staff is rude and unprofessional. I’d rather travel 20 minutes out of my way than to go to this branch!!!
I called to see if they had Apple Pay at the ATMs available, the lady on the phone put on me on hold for 22 minutes. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they “forgot”. She caught an attitude and said “why you do you keep calling”, I only called once before. Please address this location. It’s even been multiple incidents here and no one is doing anything about its
