Worst bank. Poor customer service. Wasting people’s time and money. Had an checking account with them but every week money is gone from my account. Please never go with this bank. I wasted my time a lot

I would like to share my recent experience at your branch regarding a request for a confirmation letter. Although I had already contacted the call center and was instructed to come in for assistance, the supervisor - Meyvelin - who helped me displayed an unprofessional attitude toward both her colleagues and customers.
