I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 10 years, but I recently had a very disappointing experience at this branch. My wife and I visited to open a joint account, clearly stating that we had limited time. Despite this, over an hour passed with no assistance. We then returned two days later with a scheduled appointment at 11:00 AM. We only had one hour. No one assisted us until 11:30 AM, and the staff of about five people completely ignored us until I raised my voice out of frustration. Only then did someone f... read more
