I had a really great experience meeting with Edwin during my visit. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made the process feel easy and straightforward. I recently had an extremely positive experience at this Bank of America branch. I had what I thought was a routine request to transfer money from B of A to another institution. It turned out to be far more complicated than what I anticipated. Ronald Mugga, the Branch Manager, was actually the one who greeted me when I first walked and and asked what I needed.
