Went in to get my new card activated because of the 100 fraud charges on my account that are listed as disputes. Been waiting 2 weeks to get a link to upload pics. Haven't recieved it!! So I get my phone out and im telling the lady Monica at the bank. This is my proof. She looks at it and I go on for about 20 mins explaining everything. For her to look me in the face and say "there aint nothing we can do" all i can do is get you a pin number. How do you work for this bank but cant put a note in the computer? An excellent bank with excellent service! Chelsea Carson is an amazing advisor. We had just arrived in the country legally and didn't have much U.S. ID other than the Green Card stamp in our passports, a housing lease, and a mobile phone number. She handled everything very quickly and gave us a lot of useful advice; we are very grateful to her for making things so much easier for us. Before visiting her, we went to Chase and left feeling like we'd stepped in dog shit.
