It’s easy to see why this location has such a low rating. They must have dealt with the “manager” Joe Mistretta as well. Anyone who has to deal with him will most definitely be closing their account like I am. You couldn’t pay me to go back into that branch. They don’t even understand federal investment offerings and how they work. Hating your life and job must be a requirement to work at this location.
