Went in today to pay my CC bill didn't have to wait long at all much better then the Woodruff rd branch . Went in again today to pay my CC bill have to get a big star there was 3 of us waiting in line and they opened up another window! This is the way a bank is supposed to take care of people!
About as comfortable as being nestled in Satan's armpit. Only one lady is nice. The rest of the staff are a combination of grumpy, uncomfortable and unpleasant. Usually really hot inside the establishment. One lady, a little older, behind the counter is super nice. I've seen other nice workers there, but they don't seem to last long. Wonder why? I'd never willing business with BoA. I only go here because of my job.
