I’ve been a customer for near 20 years I hardly have to go inside however the past week I had to go inside a few times. Aukeyla was able to assist me. She is hands down a professional rockstar: Fast, smart and friendly. If she’s not already a manager she definitely needs to be!
This is by far the worst place I ever dealt with via customer service relations. David was beyond irritating. Slow,kept getting up,stalling. Very irritating. I was in a hurry I spent 28 minutes in this bank just depositing checks and cashing checks. I been with this Bank since the year 2006. On June 20th of 2025 I went to the ATM to withdraw some money out my account. Instead of giving my Money the ATM decided to take it back. The worst part was it didn't go back to my Account. I reported it the same day it happened. I waited for the Dispute to complete and get my Money back. I received a Email saying that my Money was disposed right and Machine didn't make a Error. Today, I entered the bank with a money order that simply needed to be turned into a cashier's check. The bank teller asked if I had my debit card. I said yes. My husband and I are fortunate to be business owners and own multiple checking accounts (due to the business) as well as stocks/bonds/investments and savings. My Bank of America account is for the bills and groceries. We add money as needed but never ever leave thousands of dollars on this card....that would be irresponsible.
