Appointment is 11:30 am. We got here withy Mother at 11:15 am There was a white lady came at 11:20 a.m. and her appointment is 11:30 as well ,they called her first before us. Unprofessional .
Update: took over 3 weeks to get her card after it being allegedly sent out . Gina opened by daughter's student account and failed to mail her debit card. Then we were promised by customer service get card would be overnighted on Wednesday, here on Saturday, we still don't have her card. I've been a customer for over 25 years, this is unacceptable.
I’ve been a customer for near 20 years I hardly have to go inside however the past week I had to go inside a few times. Aukeyla was able to assist me. She is hands down a professional rockstar: Fast, smart and friendly. If she’s not already a manager she definitely needs to be!
This is by far the worst place I ever dealt with via customer service relations. David was beyond irritating. Slow,kept getting up,stalling. Very irritating. I was in a hurry I spent 28 minutes in this bank just depositing checks and cashing checks. Ridiculous, very un-professional behavior regardless of how I responded to thier incompetence and neglect..To the gentleman that just had to get involved in my business.
