Horrible customer service, the Hispanic manager only helps other Hispanics & ignores everyone else . Understaffed & poorly managed!!
The lady's that work here are super nice and helpful
There’s no point in making an appointment, because they call people in the waiting area by first come first serve. Who’s next? As I made an appointment hours before due to the fact that I had to come on my lunch break from work. Ridiculous, and a waste of time. Instead of creating appointments, they should be up front on the phone in saying they call people as they come in to the branch instead of saying it’s by appointment only.
My brand new business account is less than 3 and a half hours old. I couldn’t even access my mobile app before I left. They said to call BOA. I was sitting inside of one. I’m going in the morning to close the account. This is not who I want my brand new business to trust my money with.
