I wanted to share some concerns regarding my recent experience at your branch. I have found some difficulties in communication, as the manager, Fenisa, seems to have limited English proficiency, which has sometimes made interactions challenging. They do not need new customers, for two times, the same answer!
I had a positive experience with this branch. The manager there was kind enough to provide guidance on questions I had around account insurance protection. It was very helpful and provided me a peace of mind. I do recommend this branch.
Great help with getting my 18 year-old set up! Ms. Niti helped my son navigate obtaining a new credit card and she was so patient as he navigated this experience on his own. She even followed up to make sure he had everything he needed… that kind of patience and assistance is hard to find these days!
Haven't had a good experiences at this branch thus far, have only gone maybe 2-3 times. This last one today, I was told rather condescendingly by the sassy teller that she cannot accept a check without a name and is incomplete, and almost like shoved the check back in our faces. Was then lectured about their policy etc. I would have happily walked away and obliged, but it was just the way she said it that made my blood pressure spike a bit.
