I want to express my gratitude to Nile Karaman for her exceptional service. She helped me with my deposit and check cashing, even though she was supposed to be on her lunch break. She took the time to assist me, answered all my questions, and was incredibly polite and helpful. I’ve never met such a kind and attentive bank employee before. Very stressful when the bank teller doesn't pay attention or listen to your request. I wanted to cash my check and then deposit into my checkings after I got my receipt i noticed all the money wasn't deposited went back and she didn't try to take any accountability instead she had this arguementive talk as if I messed up. She just said human error and brushed it off vert frustrating
Nile is very helpful and pleasant to work with. Was able to update account and provide information I requested. Great experience at this branch.
