Extremely low efficiency, unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Ā
DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH just left and the ābranch managerā shilveen (misspelled her name) but black wonan with braces was extremely rude to me during the entire process after banking with Bank of America for 13 years I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Itās a shame that they allow anyone to work at these establishments. No wonder Bank of America is downsizing in the PG county area.Ā

Wow. So apparently you csn no longer walk into a bank of America.. let me repeat that...BANK OF AMERICA!!!!! To exchange American coins for American dollar bills. I was told because of fraud. Waited for over 30 minutes....despicable. withdrawing all funds and switching banks. Why have a bank if you don't accept the currency of the country you doing business in. Just the worst.Ā
