Love the people there kind and friendly especially the manager
I thought that because they are located near the university, they would be more familiar with services related to international students. I had already made it clear that I wanted to change the address on my account because I'm a foreigner. For foreign nationals, this change must be handled in person at a branch by a teller. However, the front desk staff did not seem to have received proper training on this process and kept insisting that I make the change online instead
They did an excellent job taking care of a dispute I had. They had multiple kind and patient employees that were very understanding and helpful. The atmosphere in general was very refreshing and comforting with plenty of seating. I will definitely comeback myself and recommend this location for any other services.
Poor customer service! When i arrived only 4 customers were there. The older women in the front couldn’t assist me with my fraud claim. I hadn’t been able to access my funds since friday! She said “you know we cant do much we call the same number” i disregarded that smart comment. Im already frustrated enough that taking my anger out on her would be worthless needless to say.
