The worst service ever!! I waited 45mins to get serviced with just 1 teller and 1 person in front of me- It also takes a long time to get someone on the phone - BOA is not what it use to be. Smh

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH just left and the “branch manager” shilveen (misspelled her name) but black wonan with braces was extremely rude to me during the entire process after banking with Bank of America for 13 years I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. It’s a shame that they allow anyone to work at these establishments. No wonder Bank of America is downsizing in the PG county area.
