Absolutely terrible experience at this Bank of America branch. The staff were completely unprofessional and shockingly unprepared. No one could clearly explain their own policies, and I was given inconsistent answers from multiple employees. It genuinely felt like I was dealing with people who had no idea what they were doing. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my recent visit. The front desk staff were preoccupied with personal conversations laughing and ignored us until we specifically asked for help. More concerningly, the staff processed a joint account closure without ever requesting my identification card or even asking my name.
