This branch has excellent customer service! From my experience, their staff will patiently and thoroughly work with you through the complex paperwork related to managing a loved one's estate. Sincere thanks to Mebratu and Courtland for their assistance and support which made a really challenging process much smoother.
Terrible customer experience. I had to wait more than 30 minutes for an information update that took a minute to be processed. When I asked about the waiting time, the clerk offered no apology and told me I should have booked an appointment. Moving my money elsewhere where I'll get some decent customer support.
