I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my recent visit. The front desk staff were preoccupied with personal conversations laughing and ignored us until we specifically asked for help. More concerningly, the staff processed a joint account closure without ever requesting my identification card or even asking my name. 10/10. Got fantastic service from Greg, Carlos and a lady from Jersey whose name I think was Sara. Excellent job.
Useless bank filled with useless people. Scheduled an appointment to have a bank official sign a form to verify that I had an active checking account for 1+ year and had not withdrawn that account in that time. This resulted in a 2 people chasing their tails for over an hour just to come back and tell me they couldn't complete the form because it was not from BOA itself. Safe yourself the trouble and open an account elsewhere. Absurd, Inefficient, and Aggravating.
I had a bad customer experience today with a long haired female employee and then misinformation from a male employee. I was moved to another bank with better service. In conclusion, today I moved to another branch that could help me.Because I don’t want to talk with the girl employee anymore. I get stuck and create long line of people wait after me.Accept manager very nice every time.
