General counter service is rarely available. Walked into the building today and everything was locked up and only ATM is available. Would be nice to have access to all of my money, not just the ATM limit.
I’ve typically hated BOA which is funny because it’s the only bank I’ve banked with for 15 years and the large corporate company I work only uses BOA. So I’ve disliked using them in different situations where the office just sucks (mainly in Brandon area) but this office is great. I’ve had to use this office during my home purchasing process and they’ve been very helpful between answering the phones, appointments and just overall help from the tellers. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.
By far the worst bank of America office I have ever been for the past 20 +years, very unhelpful, two separate visits- same attitude by different employees. Level of training - questionable.
