Today at 9 o'clock I went into this office for the first time since I usually go to the one on Kenedy Blvd to make a deposit that I have been doing for the last 4 years. At the entrance I was greeted by a young man who spoke English and Spanish to whom I said good morning to make a deposit. He asked me how I would do it. I indicated in cash and he said is it your account? I said no, it's not a business account. He said you can't do it. I said why if I always do it. This is the worst experience I ever had at a bank. I literally open a business account go to deposit a check for 10k, 4months later and teller would not take it. I asked why she said because it had my name on it. And not just the business. I didn’t have time to debate so I took it Truist bank where they deposited into my business account with no issues. I will be closing my Bank of America account and will never do business with them again.
