This is the worst experience I ever had at a bank. I literally open a business account go to deposit a check for 10k, 4months later and teller would not take it. I asked why she said because it had my name on it. And not just the business. I didn’t have time to debate so I took it Truist bank where they deposited into my business account with no issues. I will be closing my Bank of America account and will never do business with them again.

We cannot say enough good things about this location. Everyone was friendly and kind. We had an amazing experience with Gladys Garces! She assisted us with cashing our flood insurance checks. We had a couple bumps in the road, but the entire time Gladys was kind and understanding. She did everything to make the process smooth and was quite helpful with other finance questions. She went above and beyond to ease our stress and get us paid!! We appreciate you and will be back for all of our banking needs.
I went in for assistance setting up mobile banking for my business account. Ms Sun was extremely helpful and competent. I will seek her assistance again if ever in need👏👏😊
