Terrible service.
main location with good parking.. quick service and friendly reception. the teller did NOT have a courtesy to ask us to get seated the while time during interaction. not something we expected with banking with bank of america for 10+yrs as a long time customer. online service is much better than visiting branch and going through such attitude.
I would like to share my excellent experience at the Bank of America branch in Land O’ Lakes. This is truly one of the best branches I have ever dealt with. The entire team is extremely professional, respectful, and welcoming.
