Having made 180 billion dollars last year you would think Bank of America would be able to keep their ATM's functioning properly. At this branch, you have to tap the desired option on the screen firmly and multiple times to get it to register. One time, the drive-thru machine refused to return my card and I had to go inside the bank and begin a time-consuming procedure to get it back. Si pudiera no dar una estrella lo haría muy mal servicio por parte de la persona al frente en atención al cliente . Fui a cobrar mi cheque y esa persona no quiso darme el dinero en cash y tenía una urgencia y lo que hizo fue depositarlo en mi cuenta y cuando le dije que no es lo que quería me respondió que eso es lo que iba a hacer que si no me gustaba que me fuera . Muy mal servicio
