Great experience with Raul he was able to help us and direct us in the right path and make me and my wife feel comfortable would definitely be back to handle any business I have banking.
Bad experience. I walk inside the bank to deposit some cash and there were two tellers trying to solve (I guess) a problem they had and as soon as they saw me they said, I will be here to help you and they went inside a room, leaving me waiting and waiting and waiting, when they came back, they did not help me, they kept doing whatever they were doing and ignored me, so I was forced to go to ATM machine, which I don't like to do when I am depositing cash. This happened at the branch at Gunn and Anderson in Tampa at 1:52 pm
