If you’re short on time and need to see a teller, don’t go to this bank. Worst customer service at a bank that I’ve ever experienced. I’m here on a Friday and they have one teller scheduled to work. I’m in line with 8 people in front of me. Perhaps Bank of America should invest in more real people.
Place permanently closed
We recently started moving money to B of A, using this branch, because of their relationship with Merrill Lynch. Already regretting it, as I was informed today, after having to go into the building to make a deposit, that they do not have drive through service, and they only have 1 teller at the counter. What??? We won't be keeping our money here for long.
The worst customer service in the world. no no. more like NO customer service. Terrible uncompassionate workers. This bank is where the crappy b.o.a. go. I drive an extra 5 miles out of my way to go to a different bank.
