I have had my bussiness accounts at BoA for several years. I have generally found bank of america to be horrible. However, the phone app is a big plus. Until recently this branch has been able to mitigate the generally horrible service of BoA. Recently even the branch has been unable or unwilling to be helpful. Now there us no reason to put up with them. Time to change banks. Save your self a lot if trouble and just skip BoA when looking for a bank.
This is the best branch in the Tampa Bay area Jacob and Gaby are exceptional at what they do. They have extensive knowledge. They helped us save a tremendous amount of money and helped us grow our small business. I strongly recommend Davis island team.
