I was just having Christmas Eve lunch with my grandmother and she was telling me a story about how someone hacked her computer and tried to get her to withdraw $10k from the bank. She went to this bank (her bank for many years she says) and she told the teller “I’m in trouble. I need help”. They escorted her to the manager after getting a little of the story. I recently had a disappointing experience at Bank of America (this particular location) that left me feeling unvalued as a customer. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a long line, which I understand can happen, but what followed was even more frustrating.
