I am new to bank of America and the customer service I just received. I had to come and write a review the young lady named Angelica helped me with a simple request of changing my overdraft settings. But then she told me the offers and perks of the bank account that I have. I didn't realize there was so many rewards to having this bank account. She is definitely an asset to the company. Review revised: Great experience there this week resolving issues with my grandson on his account. Everyone there was a great help. The manager, Kara Defrancis, is clearly doing a fantastic job, her customer service is the best, truly an asset to BOA.
Handle all the financial needs
