Called a day prior to ask if they could cash Bank of America payroll check for me was told on the phone yes all I needed was an Id and it’s a 8$ fee I stop by the next day I’m treated by a gentleman who was kind and let me know I needed a second for on identification I told him I’ll be right back i come back 15-20 min later to be greeted by a woman I told her what I was here for and she didn’t even give me the time of day before telling they can’t do that and before I could even explain that was just here and they told me th... read more
This doesn’t even qualify for a 1 star , Samantha the manager decides to make her own rules to not accept a business check to pay Bank of America business credit card when they have been doing so all along at other locations. Didn’t want to verify or confirm anything. Bac u can do better: shutting down this business relationship
