When comes to banking customers service this people here have zero experiences they wasted my time when I wanted to open business account and they said that documents are insufficient/not not matching same documentsi use every day in my business for past 5 years in different banks. Horrible experience
Associates are very helpful and if needed appointments or additional help Management is also very helpful
I feel valued every time I walk in the bank. Of course, it may take sometime, but if I wanted to be coddled, I would have gone somewhere else. It is a professional establishment that is stable and capable of demonstrating security during these insecure times. I'll stick with BofA no matter what.
