I feel valued every time I walk in the bank. Of course, it may take sometime, but if I wanted to be coddled, I would have gone somewhere else. It is a professional establishment that is stable and capable of demonstrating security during these insecure times. I'll stick with BofA no matter what.
Line is unacceptably slow. No reason they should ever only have 1 teller.
Crazy wanted to charge me 15 dollars for per check, and I've been with them for years. The clerk was nice, that's why it's not 1 star.
