Every single Friday, it seems as though every Bank Of America is always under staffed. They also seem to have more of their staff handling greeting customers rather then actually servicing them. It’s 10:18 am and there is line of 12 not to mention the 4 groups sitting and waiting (not on employee did anything about till someone in line spoke up). They are quick to give us services fees … but yet not enough staff to service their customers.
