Absolute idiots. 5 hours to figure out how to comply with 1 page court order and they still don’t know how. Nobody here knows what they are doing
The drive through doesn't actually have anyone working it, and they only ever have one teller inside the actual branch. It's completely ridiculous and they're always snotty talking to clients.

After being a BOA customer for literally 20+ years all over the US, this BOA location has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. The male Hispanic branch manager at this location (didn’t catch his name) was rude and straight lied to me about information and now I’m out over $1k.
