Every single Friday, it seems as though every Bank Of America is always under staffed. They also seem to have more of their staff handling greeting customers rather then actually servicing them. It’s 10:18 am and there is line of 12 not to mention the 4 groups sitting and waiting (not on employee did anything about till someone in line spoke up). They are quick to give us services fees … but yet not enough staff to service their customers.
Terrible visit. Terrible English can’t understand bank teller. They didn’t tell me that I needed to deposit money in the account and they just closed it.
Bad customer service recommend going to another branch
I have been with Bank of America since 2002 and was always a satisfied customer. With the years, I stopped going into branches because of technology. Recently I had to go in for multiple reasons where technology was not an option and was extremely satisfied with the customer service level of attention, caring, knowledge and attention to details the staff on the branch of Dale Mabry and Lienbaugh avenue provide their customers. I went to this bank on Friday to cash my work check and was told they couldn't cash it and to come back sat. I went back Saturday and was told they couldn't cash it again so i asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude and told me that the check was no good and nothing he could do. I called my company on Monday and they said there was no problem with the check so i went to another branch and it cashed just fine.
