Bad customer service and races …
I don’t even know why I keep this bank Dude didn’t want to help me rest password. give up with Bank of America Worst bank i ever been too, i stood in line 5 minutes for, i explain that i lost my card ...lady tells me i gotta do it threw an ap... People are too lazy to work now days......
Came in when they opened at 9, just needed to change a debit card pin. Was told only 1 banker could do this if they had time in a few hours!! Lobby full of guest and no one can help them because the personal bankers are only staffed 1 at a time. There best response " You can do that online" ....except debit card pins.
