I have been with Bank of America since 2002 and was always a satisfied customer. With the years, I stopped going into branches because of technology. I went to this bank on Friday to cash my work check and was told they couldn't cash it and to come back sat. I went back Saturday and was told they couldn't cash it again so i asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude and told me that the check was no good and nothing he could do. I called my company on Monday and they said there was no problem with the check so i went to another branch and it cashed just fine. Absolute idiots. 5 hours to figure out how to comply with 1 page court order and they still don’t know how. Nobody here knows what they are doing
The drive through doesn't actually have anyone working it, and they only ever have one teller inside the actual branch. It's completely ridiculous and they're always snotty talking to clients.
