This has been my local BoA branch for about 8 years now and it has never disappointed. Drive thru ATM is always working normally and the few times I've gone inside, I've been taken care of as expected.
Tynese Cunningham was very sweet, welcoming, and supportive during my visit today. She made the entire experience pleasant and easy. I definitely hope she’s working every time I visit Bank of America!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I waited for over an hour without receiving any help. While I was waiting, the employees were standing and talking to each other instead of assisting me. I felt ignored and unimportant. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service at this branch.
